With 35+ years as a
welder, I have worked with hot metal most of my adult life. So it was only
natural that I would be drawn to knife making. 17 years ago I started mostly
stock removal and the last 8 have been dedicated to almost solely forging my
blades to shape. I have been a member of the American Bladesmith Society
since 2002 and have now begun to work towards my Journeyman stamp. I will
continue to try to improve with every blade I produce and have no intentions
to stop producing blades as long as I am physically able to swing a hammer.
